Single Malt Whisky - Double Cask #1

This single malt whisky is still handcrafted from local Australian barley and double distilled in our traditional copper pot still.  However it was matured in two different 100L Oak cask.  Spending 12 month in one then carefully transfer to a different cask to sped a further 18 month to mature.  Bringing a complex easy drinking costal flavor to this small batch. 

Approximately 200 bottles only from this cask,  500ml  @45%

Tasting notes include: 

Nose: Zesty, mandarin, tangerine. Slightly smoky.

Palate:  Quite light.  Orange, dry oak.  Mixed fruits, vanilla and a bit of brine 

Finish: Quite long, bitter sweetness developing, spicy oak.
