Single Malt Whisky - Hungarian Oak Cask #2

This single malt whisky is close to our heart as it combines Andras’ Hungarian and Australian heritage and love of single malt whisky. Hand crafted from Australian barley, this whisky is first double distilled in our pot still before being matured in imported Hungarian Oak casks, which are charred to our own specifications right here in Western Australia. This type of oak is slow ageing but imparts incredible bold and complex flavours that cannot be found anywhere else. 

Approximately 200 bottles only from this cask,  500ml  @46%.

Tasting notes include:

Nose: Brown sugar, vanilla cream followed by chocolate, dark cherries and a hint of smoke.

Palate:  Malty caramel and sweet almonds with raisin, cinnamon and vanilla

Finish:  Long and lingering, buttery, hazelnut and spice
