Whisky Barrel Aged Gin

Our barrel aged gin is aged in our own ex-whisky barrels, giving it a subtle fruity flavor and golden amber hue.  Beautiful banana vanilla nose, very rounded with soft but large wood character and a good amount of citrus note. Complex and well balanced. Buttery and long finish. Perfect for the cooler months.
