Young Malt - Batch #2

Inspired by our love of single malt whisky, our young malt is a modern twist on a much loved classic. Created from locally sourced ingredients, and our own combination of traditional and innovative methods, this whisky inspired spirit is matured in American oak casks sourced from Australian coopers. This is a quality dram that boasts a complexity of flavours - sure to please the most seasoned whisky drinker.

Approximately 220 bottles from this batch, 500ml @43%.

Tasting notes include:

Nose: Peach balanced with vanilla and honey

Palate:  Sweetness of caramel, more of the peach custard and a hint of cloves

Finish: Long, gentle spice and under tones of oak
