Lisandras Distillery

Lisandras distillery is a family owned business run by husband and wife team, Lisa and Andras, in Perth, Western Australia. We hand craft a range of single malt whiskies and gins using our own combination of traditional and innovative methods. Inspired by our Australian and Hungarian roots and our love of scotch whisky, each small batch is matured using a variety of barrels sourced from Australian coopers, and boasts a truly unique depth and complexity of flavours.  

This is the part where we’re supposed to tell you a story steeped in history and tradition… but the truth is, our journey is an unexpected one that started out as a hobby. Inspired by a love of whisky and a good dose of impatience, we set out to see if we could create something that had all the complexities of a great whisky in less time. Using our own unique recipe and a combination of traditional and innovative methods, we did just that. After an overwhelmingly positive response from family and friends, we set our sights a little higher. In 2019 Lisandras Distillery was born. Since then, we have continued to refine our craft and, today, we boast a range of quality single malt whiskies, gins and, of course, our beloved young malt. We’ve come a long way from the days of a humble backyard still, all the while being inspired by our love of whisky. We’re really excited about what we’ve created, and look forward to sharing it with you. We hope you love it as much as we do.
